My story

I'm Jacopo Martinalli and my adventure in short-term rentals began in 2019 in Cosio Valtellino. I transformed my family's mountain home into a hospitality property. What started as an experiment became a real profession.

In 2023, I turned this experience into a career, managing properties for other owners. I analyzed every phase of the process and transformed it into a replicable system: from initial bureaucracy to revenue optimization, from daily management to prevention of typical industry issues.

In 2025, I consolidated my methodology by deepening my expertise in taxation, revenue management, and regulations. Today I manage a selected portfolio of properties across Valtellina, Valchiavenna, and Lake Como, with the approach of a local professional.

I'm not a distant agency but a professional rooted in the territory. I work under my own name, with my own face, because every property I manage represents my reputation. My goal is simple: maximize property value while eliminating every worry for owners and ensuring quality stays for guests.
